Terms & Conditions

The use of this website or availing of our Services is subject to the following terms of use:

  • Bookings are open till December 31, 2025.
  • Rooms are on a first-come-first-serve basis, subject to availability.
  • Room reservation is mandatory for a minimum of 3 consecutive nights.
  • Single Occupancy: Only one person can stay.
  • Double Occupancy: Only two people can stay.
  • Standard check-in time at the hotels is 14:00 hours IST.
  • Standard check-out time is 11:00 hours IST.
  • In case you are arriving early, the room has to be booked from the previous night for immediate occupancy.
  • The Government reserves the right to revise the taxes. The same shall be applicable.
  • Rooms will be confirmed only against 100% advance payment.
  • Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and additional charges will be applicable.
  • This tariff covers only bed and breakfast. Any other personal expenses such as telephone calls, food and beverage bills, room service, laundry, and use of minibar should be paid by the guest directly to the hotel at the time of checkout or at the time of ordering the required service as per the hotel's policy.
  • No pre- and post-night requests will be accepted.
  • On all online payments, bank gateway charges will be applicable on the total amount.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Aditya Park- Till 31st Dec, 20% cancellation charges, 50% retention after that
  • Aditya Park- Till 31st Dec, 20% cancellation charges, 50% retention after that
  • Marigold by Green Park- Till Dec 31st, 20% cancellation charges till January 31, 2026, 50% after Jan 31, 2025
  • Green Park- Till Dec 31st, 20% cancellation charges till January 31, 2026, 50% after Jan 31, 2025
  • The Plaza (Superior Room)- 100% retention after Dec 31, 2025
  • NI MSME Guest House- 50% till Feb 05, 2025; after that 100% retention.
